Luxury Custom Wigs — Han Luxe Hair
All Han Luxe Hair units are handcrafted and made-to-order. Due to the personalised nature of our products, specific policies are necessary to protect both our customers and our business.
FINAL SALE POLICY
All purchases made through Han Luxe Hair are considered final sale.
This includes:
- Custom wigs
- Pre-order units
- Ready-to-ship wigs
- Sale or discounted items
- Promotional purchases
Please carefully review all selected details before completing your purchase, including:
- Lace type
- Cap size
- Length
- Texture
- Density
- Color selection
At this time:
- Refunds are not provided
- Returns are not accepted
- Exchanges are unavailable
- Order edits cannot be guaranteed after purchase
- Cancellations after 24 hours are not accepted
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be cancelled within the first 24 hours after payment is made.
After 24 hours, your order may already be in production preparation and can no longer be cancelled, adjusted, or refunded.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
To review your request, we require:
- A complete unboxing video recorded before opening the package
- Clear images of the concern
- Your order number and full name
Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be approved, as we are unable to verify the condition upon arrival.
If an issue is confirmed, Han Luxe Hair may:
- Repair the unit, or
- Provide a replacement item of equal or similar value
Refunds are not issued for approved defect claims.
COLOUR, TEXTURE & DENSITY DISCLAIMER
Please understand that slight differences in color, texture, curl pattern, or density may naturally occur.
Variations may result from:
- Lighting during photography
- Device brightness and screen settings
- Natural raw hair variation
- Styling or coloring methods
These natural differences are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds, returns, or disputes.
CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
Opening an unnecessary or false chargeback does not speed up order production or delivery.
If a payment dispute is filed, Han Luxe Hair may provide:
- Order timestamps
- Tracking details
- IP address information
- Policy acceptance records
- Purchase history
- Communication history related to the order
Fraudulent disputes may be escalated to Shopify, payment providers, and financial institutions.
We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly before opening any dispute or chargeback.
AGREEMENT TO STORE POLICIES
By purchasing from Han Luxe Hair, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You have reviewed and accepted all store policies
- Custom-made units typically require 4–8 weeks for preparation and processing before shipment.”
- All sales are final
- Natural variations in color, texture, or density are not considered faults
- Fraudulent disputes or chargebacks are prohibited
