Thank you for choosing Han Luxe Hair. Our goal is to ensure every order arrives carefully packaged to maintain quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.

Please review our shipping and processing information before placing your order.


 CUSTOM WIG ORDERS 

All Han Luxe Hair wigs are custom-made according to the options selected at checkout, including length, density, lace option, styling, and customization preferences.

As each unit is individually prepared and crafted with precision and consistency, processing time for custom orders is approximately 4–8 weeks before shipment.

Please note that processing time does not include shipping time.

During promotions, launches, holiday periods, or high-demand seasons, preparation times may occasionally extend slightly.

If you require your order for a birthday, event, vacation, or special occasion, we recommend contacting us before placing your order to confirm availability.


READY TO SHIP WIGS

Ready-to-ship wigs that do not require additional customization, colouring, or adjustments are typically processed and dispatched within 5–7 business days after payment confirmation.

Availability may vary depending stock levels

 

SHIPPING CARRIERS & DELIVERY

Han Luxe Hair ships using trusted delivery carriers including AusPost, UPS, DHL, and FedEx, depending on shipping destination and courier availability.

Australia-Wide Shipping

Estimated delivery timeframe after dispatch:
3–7 business days

International Shipping

Estimated delivery timeframe after dispatch:
5–10 business days

Please note that shipping estimates may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, public holidays, or courier-related delays.

Processing time and shipping time are separate timeframes and should both be considered when estimating delivery dates.


TRACKING INFORMATION 

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.


  SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY 

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details entered at checkout are accurate and complete.

Han Luxe Hair is not responsible for parcels delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.


CUSTOMS & IMPORT 

International customers may be required to pay customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on their country’s regulations.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Han Luxe Hair is not responsible for customs delays or additional import charges once an order has been dispatched.
